Crystal Life Coaching
Supporting you to achieve goals in three key areas of your life.
What are the three key areas of life?
1 Emotional wellbeing
Stress management, resilience, mindset, self-awareness, emotional balance.
2 Career and purpose
Skills, professional growth, meaningful contribution.
3 Personal growth and hobbies
Learning, creativity, passions, fun, self‑development.
I coach clients to set and achieve realistic and fulfilling goals in three key areas of life.
Over the course of 12 weeks, we will meet weekly online for an hour coaching session, this will include coaching, growth work, action steps and accountability to ensure you have followed through with what you said you would.
What to expect from a professional coaching session
To be actively listened to and appropriately challenged with questions.
To be interrupted with specific questions to keep you on track or propel you forward. It may feel uncomfortable at first, especially if you're not used to being 'cut off' but keep in mind what your end goal is.
To be encouraged when applicable. Coaching isn't about soaking up feel good factors, so the client shouldn't expect constant verbal encouragement.
To agree on growth work and action steps (this will occur during the last 10 minutes of each session)
To be kept accountable so that your words and actions are in alignment.
Evidence of accountability will occur at the start of each coaching session, and will be approximately 10 minutes. This is where you give an account of what you have or haven't achieved within the week.
What coaching isn't
coaching isn't counselling which deals with trauma, coaching is about achieving goals.
You will only be able to achieve your goals within the 12 week time frame if
1: Your goals are realistic, just currently out of reach, but visionary possible.
2: Your goals are exciting to you. This will sustain you when 'life takes over'
3: You put in the work - I can coach you, but I can't do the work for you.
4: You have the right attitude and don't view accountability as 'being checked on' - In truth this is exactly what accountability is, you should arrive at each session expecting to be checked upon.
5: You have the right attitude and expect to be coached.
I look forward to working with you,
Annmarie Harrison
